The Be Well Workbook
This little book is your instructional journal for the 12 weeks. Each week you are asked to set a new goal while you work through the activities we have put together. Each week will edge you closer and closer to your goals and your success.
The Wellness Food Recipe Book and Nutrition Guide
We love food. No, we love GOOD food so we have worked pretty hard on collating all our favourite and healthy recipes just for you. This book contains a food guide, shopping lists and a heap of recipes for brekky, lunch, dinner, desserts, drinks and snacks.
Our nutrition guides are not based on deprivation and are designed to teach you the foundations of food and how it nourishes the body. We teach you a range of different recipes so you can still eat your favourite foods but with a healthy twist that tastes great! And yes, you can still eat chocolate!
The tools we give you are life tools, meaning they are sustainable and can be used over and over again. You and your family will love our recipes and soon you will be developing your own healthy creations.

Change is hard and we get it so we’ve tried to make it a little easier. We offer coaching online with support over the phone or via Skype. You also have access to us 24/7 (yes really) via email, text, Snapchat, Instagram and whatever new social network pops us. What works for you, works for us.
